  This company does not deserve the one star. Zero(0) should be an option and 0 is the accurate rating for this company ARM(Aspire Realty and Management). A pathetic and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL company!! They lack in customer service. Their maintenance require "Bubba" and "Joe" and don't want to come out of pocket to fix ANYTHING!!! They RENT properties and sell houses. Most of the income must come from selling beacuse they have no concern with keeping up with the rentals. DO NOT waste your time and money with this company, even if buying a house. With me renting (which is ending, thankfully) there's no way in HELL I would buy a house from them. They do short cuts on their rentals I can only imagine what they're doing to fix, I'm sorry, PATCH and sell house's!!!!
